Who should attend the meeting?

Any McCulloch County parents or caregivers providing care for a child or adult with a disability.

 

What is the meeting about?

Will you be providing long-term care for your child/adult and need to help them with educational, medical and financial decisions?

 

Why would I need to know about guardianship or supportive decision-making?

Once my student or adult child turns 18 years of age, the law says they are an independent adult and can make their own decision.

 

Who will be speaking?

John W. Caldwell, Jr, Attorney at Law

 

What is the cost?

There is no cost to attend the meeting, and a light lunch will be provided.
